[3] Custom SLAs are available on request. Custom SLAs are intended for for clients with specific process needs, which may be needed to satisfy agreements with end users or to guarantee internal requirements.
Custom SLAs require a minimum monthly account total spend of $500 (total account minimum across all orders, not a requirement per SLA).
Specific style and output format preferences may also require custom SLAs.
Custom SLAs have a minimum 3 month contractual obligation.
All custom SLAs will be priced on an individual basis.
[4] Custom order handler examples: manual entry into another system, attaching transcription/recording for every order, alternate entry receipt. Contracts or minimums may apply.
